HAHA!when i reincarnate I'm coming back as a dog, they don't mind where they park their breakfast
That is the best, evar, euphemism for pooping that I have ever witnessed.

When we discussed this before I didn't know what you meant by the rocks. I certainly do now. And the rest!I do feel as though I urgently need to poo every day most of the time
or like I have sharp rocks up my ass. I am hoping that it will resolve when I am clearing out more regularly.
I am not young enough to know everything.

heck, sorry to hear things have gotten worse on that front, no one deserves the constant pain and fear of rocks in the ass

I get checked to see if I have to go morning and night same time I get washed. I do poop a lot when I have to go. My dad says I'm not human LOL. But even when my mom checks and I don't have to go at all. I still feel like there's a turtle poking out. But it's not the case. And it really is a constant feeling that never goes away. Even if I go a few times of checking with no results I still feel like that nonstop. I don't know if it is good or bad. Either way, it is very uncomfortably annoying!I wish I was as regular as you MunkyP I do feel as though I urgently need to poo every day most of the time

I usually describe it as I am giving birth to a watermelon in the head is already poking out. And whether I have to go or not, it constantly feels like something is already halfway out of the rabbit hole.

Biggest quandry - when you think you need to fart do you squeeze?????
Mostly it turns out OK but just sometimes! Or you lift to transfer and let one rip and you just don't know!
The stress of it all, I don't know.

I can't push, squeeze, or feel my fart's which sucks! I do fart – can hear it and smell it just can't feel it. I can feel air bubbles working the way down my intestines. That's about all with that. I cannot push out poop or anything either. To me, it feels like I can like normal. But when I try nothing happens it's just in my head or something. I miss the great feeling and relief of a good fart and/or poop!Same here, always feels like it's just beginning, really disconcerting. I have a little control over a bit of my left side of my torso so can squeeze a little.

What you have described sounds the same as what I experience from the volume to the feeling. I have reached the conclusion that I am chronically constipated which triggers neuropathic pain, however that pain mechanism works it is there :/
I take Senna and Mirilax daily with a program of alternate days. I get rock hard poop then Mississippi mud butt and I honestly don't know where it comes from but I put it down to it being held up in the pipes
because I can not go every day, believe me I have tried in order to get rid of that watermelon feeling you described. Sometimes it is wind/gas which needs to be released the same way as you bring on a poop.
Your diet and food choices can determine volume, consistency and frequency of your movements as will medication and activity levels. Maybe keep a poo diary and get an appointment with a continence asvisor and/or gastroenterologist, that is what I have done.
To further complicate matters; I find that the more I stress about the feeling the stronger that feeling becomes. I used to check myself every time I got the feeling but I have learned to take a deep breath and try and get on with other things safe in the knowledge that my butt is clamped so tightly shut that I will not have an accident. The fact that you are clearing out, I assume, means that your bowel will not be over full and therefore you will not have an accident, unless you have a bug which you will def know about.
If you are having wind/gas which is causing the problem/pain/feeling look at your diet. I now do not touch mashed potato, for example, as much as I love it because I get doubled up if I do.

I have tried that and the strips also! Maybe a gastroenterologist isn't a bad idea! I've told multiple doctors but around where I live there is no spinal cord specialist so they just say" yeah, that's normal. Some people do some people don't!" Which is the answer I hate more than anything! You are not alone! Butt (hehe) i have realized internal hemmroids have caused this with mme. I insert a Prep H even if i dont feel the hemmroids and it goes away. Might want to try that?

My research has led me to something known as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Initially I was quite sceptical about it since it is one of those disorders which appears to have no known cause, and no known cure. The symptoms are however remarkably similar to what we are all experiencing.
Consultations with my doctor, and pharmacists, have resulted in the trying a strong probiotic called LP299V. After two weeks there has been negligible improvement but I will be persevering to see how it works in the long term.
