Lucky is absolutely right when he says make sure you get a tattoo you like, as I had one that drove me crazy - or some people say, crazier! OK, it wasn't a work of art - I did it myself when I was 11! lol By the time I was 14 I hated it so much that I decided to try to get rid of it myself. First, I tried to shave it off, repeatedly shaving over the tattoo until it bled and bled, then kept ripping away the scabs (hope you're not eating! lol). Then a year later I used red-hot poker, thinking that it would cause a big blister that I could cut away - that didn't work. Both "treatments" did remove layers of the tattoo though! I later joined the Army and whilst in Germany I was having a routine medical check up and asked the doctor if he could cut it out and stitch the skin together, as it was driving me mad. He sarcastically, and quite rightly, explained the Army was not a tattoo removal service and asked why it was driving me mad, so I explained what I'd done to try to remove it myself. The sarcasm stopped and I was in the Army hospital the next day where they simply sliced it out and stitched it together. I still have a little bit of the tattoo left to remind me!

Attached Image: Me_MJ.jpgHi y'all! You don't know me yet, as I've just joined this site a month ago after being introduced to my new "Quad Man" online. I've only posted a comment here one time, and have been writing to Psychomom (a great lady in Tennessee) a few times on the side... but we read your postings frequently and have learned so much from you all!

Well, I just flew back yesterday from a trip to Florida (I'm in California) where I finally met my "Quad Man" face to face! And, OMG... I think we're going to become a permanent item, and will most likely join you all in some more discussions... especially on the Relationships & Sexuality page... Anyway, you all don't know us yet, but we feel like we know you, and your postings have been so helpful and encouraging to both of us, so, THANK YOU!!! You all are so beautiful and genuine! So, here we are.... Nancy and Michael:
