Click Add Reply down on the bottom. When the screen comes up to post if you have the picture already on the web some where you can click the little picture of a picture right above the chat here and right under where it says Fonts and then add the URL to where you have the picture at already on the web. If you do it this way then there are no limits on he size of the picture you post because they are stored elsewhere. A good free place to upload pictures to is Photobucket. If you do it this way then your picture will look like this:
Posted Image

The other way to get a picture up here and the way you would do it if you don't already have it online some where else is to scroll down past the window here that you type in and you will see where it says Browse with Upload beside it. You click browse and find the picture on your computer that you want to add to the post. Once you have targeted it you select UPLOAD. The picture must be smaller then 200k. Once you have it uploaded, then right above that you will see Manage Current Attachments(0). The (#) will change to however many attachments you have uploaded. Click on the drop down arrow to the right and select the attachments that you have uploaded and want to add to your post. It will have 3 choices, you of course want to click the one with the small green + sign. These pictures will look like this.Attachment Imported...os_00043.jpg

I thought it may be a good idea to put a photo of ourselves up to see. Or not as the case may be!

I'll be Guinnea Pig............Here goes (I'm not responsable for broken screens)

As I've just found out, you may need to reduce the photo size in PhotoEditor etc or the picture is size WOW.
