What a great looking bunch of folks! I mean really. Maybe only the good-looking ones posted pictures, I don't know. I feel like I can better imagine people after having seen their faces. (Except, like why isn't Jordanx's gut flowing out like mine is? ) I'm new to this forum, new to interacting with other persons with disabilities. I'll try to find a cool picture.

Yeah, here's a good one with me and my dad and my brother this past summer. :boxing:

Okay, now my ego and vanity have gotten to me. This is a picture of me and some of the kids in Mexico. My wife broke me out of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital (Boston) on Valentine's Day last winter and took me on one of those cruises. It's pretty cool -- my chair would roll around on its own when the ship lurched through the swells!

If anyone out there is new at this, like me, I'm a C-5 complete and here I am coming up out of a cave in Mexico less than a year after my accident. Anything is possible with the right support people and a positive attitude.

Hang in through the blues, 'cause this too shall pass!

Hey Ladypilot - the place does have a ridiculous amoutn of roundabouts but it's good for me as I am devoid of any kind of sense of direction and it's good to know I'm never more that about 50 yeards form being able to do a U-turn! :(
