I can't help with the dog hait,,, Jack Russels and cats are notoriously famous for their resistance to being shaved.

They do make these things that slip over the tires like a slipper....it just keeps the treads + dirt from getting all over the floors.
*Wheelchairs are made of a special ocular magnetic alloy......they're "eyeball magnets".*
*I USE a wheelchair, that does NOT make ME a wheelchair!*

I'd leave out the pin holes and slit. ...........And I don't even like cats.Yeah who ever duct-taped their cat should have their entire head duct-taped with just pin holes for the nostrils & a slit for their mouth!
I am not young enough to know everything.

I suffer from CES and walk pretty much everywhere with a quad cane and I have found that even after all this time I just cannot sit when there is so much to do. My husband does not notice any dirt or dog hair unless it comes up and bites him on the ass. Drives me crazy!! I will trade you spouses. ;). And do not try to "fix" your wife, it is how certain people are wired. And she more than likely feels better to see her finished work and gets a tremendous sense of pride in knowing she is keeping things organized, no matter how long it takes. It was always hard for my husband to understand when I would try to explain it to him because he just isn't wired that way. I would frequently complain that he wasn't helping me, however if he did try to help I would just lash out and criticize him for doing everything wrong. So don't take things personally!!

We've been together 33 years there is nothing that will change her and that's ok. I just wanted to make her life a little easier, since I can't shave the animals like Ed suggested, I figured just getting rid of some of the dirt and grit the chair tracks in might help. Actually she has gotten better when we were young and would have a party over the house we could not go to bed until the house was cleaned and vacuumed even if that was at 2am. I really should have bought stock in paper towels and spray cleaners, we would be pretty wealthy by now.
Definitely know where she is coming from! I remember one Xmas I started cleaning up the wrapping paper BEFORE all the kids unwrapped their presents.
