No idea what they're asking for them....BUT....biggest thing is does it suite what YOU need? Like for myself I could perhaps use one like this where it sits more upright but could never use one that had me reclined as it would CAUSE some knarly spasms I'd rather avoid. And knowing your measurments vs. the specs of this handcycle unless of course they foot rests are adjustable. If you've got particularly long OR short legs you may want to double check prior to purchasing. And just MY thing.....I can't figure out why there aren't straps & seatbelts on those things......@ 30MPH a leg spasm could be disasterous.
