Greetings all,

I am selling some equipment that was owned by my aunt, and unfortunately barely used before she was hospitalized. I have a Jazzy Select Elite motorized wheelchair in near perfect condition, it was used for less than 6 months, and only indoors. The base is red in color, and it works perfectly. Unfortunately I do not have the charger for it, as I was unaware it had a charger (I thought it plugged right into an electric outlet!!). However, eBay has chargers for $20-35 shipping included. I also have an Invacare manual wheelchair that folds up. Very lightweight, with handbrakes, also in like new condition. In addition, I have a folding walker (I can't remember the brand), and 2 commodes, all in like new condition. If anyone is interested, make a reasonable offer, and I am sure to accept it. I'm just trying to get something for them, while hopefully helping someone else out, to help pay toward some of my aunt's outstanding bills. I will also be happy to do a package deal!! I live in New Jersey, and shipping would be at your expense, but I'd also be willing to deliver to anyone within reasonable distance (if your state borders NJ, I'll deliver and save you some money on shipping!), as long as you cover my gas and tolls. I hate to see these great items sit in my basement when someone could be making use of them, and I hate to hear about my aunt's bills piling up, so feel free to email me, and we can work out a deal! Thanks for looking, and have a great day!

~Brian

PS -- I can take pictures and email them before we work anything out, and obviously you would be more than welcome to make sure everything works before we make any kind of deal.

If your aunt has passed away or is expected to my condolences.

However if she is still alive won't she need these things again?

Thank you for the kind words, wheeliebear! Scanning through the posts on here, everyone on this forum is so kind, I'm glad I came upon it! Unfortunately, she will no longer be needing them, as she suffered a series of strokes, and is in hospice care (if I understand the explanation from my Mom correctly). She has a wheelchair that they use for her there, however for the most part she is in bed. These items are the ones that were left at her house, but the family sold the house to pay medical bills, and I figured I would save the equipment and defer some more costs if I was able to find someone who'd use them. This led me to this forum, which I am very grateful for, because it has been an eye opening, informative experience reading through the posts. Thanks again for the kind words!

I just didn't want you to be in a situation where she came out only to be told by insurance "Where's the equipment we previously purchased for her?". Sorry for your family's (soon-to-be) LOSS!
