I lived on my own for a year or so.. Top tips are get a cleaner and do your grocery shopping online, then you'll have time for the play station .. enjoy yourself.

Get fussy returning everything to its rightful place. It saves heaps of energy if you don't have to hunt for where you last left the scissors, rubberbands, etc. And every now and then take time out to sit in the middle of your front room and slowly look around, saying to yourself, This is my kingdom and no one elses.
"It's the notion that there is no perfection ~ that this is a broken world and we live with broken hearts and broken lives but still that is no alibi for anything. On the contrary, you have to stand up and say hallelujah under those circumstances. " - Leonard Cohen
