I've never really had skin break down before but it started off as a little blister and I was wondering if this could make you feel horrible. Like cold sweats, chills, or even nausea. I know the human body has a weird way of letting us know something is wrong but I never had anything like this before. Is that even what a pressure mark looks like?

I had started to get one on the top of my foot, that started out looking like a blister. Keeping pressure on that same spot, can make you feel bad. I have feeling in my legs, and i remember when i had the sore, if i put any weight on it, it just threw my leg into a violent spasm and made me start to sweat. As soon as i took the weight off it stopped. Just keep an eye on it and do your best to keep all weight off of it.

Funnily enough I have had the same thing this morning. I woke up at 5am with my one heel digging in to the top of my other foot and there was a big red mark. I feel sick; got bad taste in my mouth; odd chemical type smell up my nose; head ache; and I look flushed bit pale.

I Really feel rough.

As said, keep off it. After a red mark comes the blister so seriously don't give it any excuse to get any worse.

All the best.

Ya best to stay off it Jessa in my opinion its the only way, not easy keep an eye on it if your sitting on it or putting weight on it.
