Hey guys, I got a couple of questions about your experiences with some things.

I have a TiLite TX, love it to bits short of a welding problem that's since been more or less broken in.

What I don't like is the 'helpfulness' of my dealer who got it for me in the first place. She mauled some things on my chair that aren't really an issue. However, her lack of listening to me was so I'm looking for other venues. What is a good place to order parts online? I need new handrims, sideguards, and push handles. I know part numbers and now I'm just looking for places to go. Keep in mind I'm on the East Coast, so ordering from Cali is probably not a smart move.

Secondly, I'm rough on my chairs. I have hard inserts for my chair because otherwise I have to get new tires on my chair every six months from either popping or making the tires go bald. I also have mag rims because my dealer said they were stronger. All things considered, I'm starting to think its not going to make a difference for me. Which leads to my question, what is your experience in mag wheels vs spokes? I'm really not worried about aesthetic appeal, though some covers would help hide the dirt, haha. I probably won't go running off for new ones, but it will be something I consider in the future.

Thanks guys!

No seriously, it works.

I have had good luck with spinlife.com. I use the same sales rep each time. He has multiple Tilite chairs and services them himself so he gives me good advice. Usually.
I bought the marathon tires with my spinergy wheels and they simply do not come off. Way too tight, a problem spinergy is waere of, yet my guy was not.
I assume many of their sales reps are well -informed. My guy is on disability leave (yuck) so I will not offer his name. Call them and chat. See if you like the service. Often a part or pt # is not listed on the website but a sales rep will know how to order it. Prices are about par with sportaid.
