Well, it seems I have a new condition to deal with. Just wondering if anyone else has this anomaly too?

Allodynia

I've just returned from a NS visit in Chicago. He explained that this condition is relatively rare, yet common among those with neural anomalies. Even my clothes hurt when brushed up against this spot on my back. Even though the problem lies in the superficial nerves, it feels like the core of my very being is being invaded. If that area takes a slight knock, I literally see stars, nearly black out and become instantly nauseous. I'm considering having the lumbar supports removed from my carseat, as it only makes driving a lesson in torture.
