Patients suffering from incurable diseases have been paying thousands of pounds for unproven pioneering stem cell treatments.

We have uncovered evidence that a South African-based man called Steven Van Rooyen and a company - Advanced Cell Therapeutics or ACT - is behind the treatments. Mr Van Rooyen is already wanted by the FBI in the United States for selling false and misleading stem cell treatments. Susan Watts will have the details.
