I was just curious about a baclofen pump and how bad were your spasms before you or your dr decided that it was time/needed one?

My husbands spasms are so bad they will from laying on his back--- pull his knee to his chest..

And the oral baclofen isn't working?

If the oral baclofen isn't doing a good enough job then it's something to consider. The pump can be set up to keep a steady dose of the drug coming out.....so rather than his system having a larger amount when he 1st takes the pills & then the mg of it in his system dwindeling.....the pump just.....well....keeps pumping it out into his system.
