We're off to NY next April and Im really excited as you can tell. Im also nervous as this will be my first trip abroad since being a wheelchair user. generally I hear the US is good for access, but Im anxious, just a bit. Mostly its about transport once we are there. Can we use the subway? what about buses, cabs, and so on. We are looking at the Helmsley hotel, and I suppose we will go to the usual museums and stuff. As our son will be 3 Im not sure we will have a huge evening life. See how that goes. might like to see a child friendly show perhaps. Im not too worried about the airline but was wondering how do we get from the airport into NYcity? Whats the best way? Anyone there in New York who would like to be in touch perhaps?

Thanks
L
