So i have been a complete t6 paraplegic for 4 years now. Over the last 4 years my penis has shrunk down to almost 2 inches, despite my efforts to counteract this. I do daily legitimate exercises my urologist has told me about, as well as using a penis pump once a day to enhance blood flow. Even when I load up on viagra I reach an erection that is only 4 inches in size. Pre accident, without bragging, I was fairly well endowed, so this is a big change. What else can I do? I'm kinda at my whits end here. I've read some articles online written by urologist saying this is an irreversible problem. Being 26 and having a high sex drive myself, this is hindering me greatly. Any input is helpful.

Generally the only difference in size is due to incomplete engorgement. You might try the injections. there are those, here, who swear by them.

And,, maybe,,, change urologists.

If it is a complete injury with no sensation it might not be a good advice.
Also i have never heard of shrinking before other than the illusion caused by overweight.

I believe it is called "retracted penis" or "acorn" in slang. It is more common for older men. My dad used to proclaim loudly "Where did it go? Its gone! Someone stole it!"

Good luck though. You are NOT an old guy and could use some fun.

If a penis could actually permanently and significantly shrink from its original flacid and erect dimentions, then the oposite would also be true. It could be permanently stretched, and we'd all be running around with massive boners. I too was always pretty damn proud of what I was swinging, but as DI said, before my injury I was also 5% bodyfat. Add that to the fact that I was standing. Gaining weight and sitting/slouching lessens the length of visible weiner, but its all still there.

I am very sorry n am deeply saddened to hear about this tragedy. This just ain't right.

I'm guessing you don't get as much blood flow as before your accident.

Yes if you put weight on around your gutt, you will get penile shrinkage due to the pubic bone puhing down and your penis retracting. Loose weight and your manhood will re appear.....
