Hi Everyone,

I have a few red spots its almost like its from heat, I may have been sitting out a bit longer than normal!! But the spots are kinda grazed, although the area is clean & dry I stayed off of it for 3days & its much improved (Thank God). Could they progress to actual pressure sores??

I have been using Bactroban & Sudocream, its not from pressure so its a first for me. I do lifts on the chair often & wear loose enough clothes so Im all out of ideas!! Has anyone had this kinda of reddness or know any useful tips, creams, etc??

Thanks all in advance :)

hey Ted,

Where are the marks on your skin? I get similar marks on my legs and I put it down to transferring and catching the skin slightly. You said it is not pressure related but that you have kept off it and it has improved which would suggest that it could be pressure related if you get me.

Keep the area clean and dry as you are but be careful not to make an area soggy by using too much cream especially in areas like the crease of your knee.

Hope it resolves soon and you are back to action real soon!
Neek me chawa, wermo, mo killie ma klounkee!

Hey Guys, Thanks for the reply firstly.

Ya Im kinda putting it down to heat cause it has been quiet humid here that & maybe sitting out too long was on hols & festival round here too :) The marks are right under my bum, I think you might be right too about transfers going accross the board I suppose its pissing off cause Im very aware usually suppose only takes one lack of concentration!!

Thanks again & Take care.
