Recently I went to see a doctor who specializes in muscle relocation. He is willing to take the muscles I have in my shoulders and "relocate them" to give me triceps. He can also do this for my wrists to give me a pinching motion...my question is does this work? Has anyone gone through such a procedure and ended up worse? is this a minor surgury? I know it will have extensive therapy. Unfortunatly I didn't get a chance to ask what it was really called. I go for another visit soon to discuss it in length. I need some good questions to ask him. Any suggetions would be apprectiated.

Here's a previous thread on this subject:

I know I've read another thread here about this, and it contained the medical term for the surgery, but I can't find it at the moment.

I've had tendon transfers done on both my arms (not at the same time) to give me triceps, both operations were a complete success. Anything you want to know just ask. Bt the way I'm in U.K. I'm editing my profile right now!
