I have - all but.
Had blue-green algae and spirolina and wheat grass. All drinks essentially, an acquired taste but fantastic for you. There's more energy in wheat grass than any cooked food but that's another diet issue completely.
Only had friend seaweed to eat, nice.

I've tried it and was not to keen on it because it tasted really saulty, for I hate that tast. I don't even cook with sault. All though this kind of sault is good for your body I still would not buy it again.

Hi wheelie182

The only place I've seen sea weed is either in a health food store or a Chinese grocery store. Sea weed is normally dried then packaged.

Seaweed and Kelp are the same thing, as far as I know. And you can pick it up in health food stores as a pill or as a drink. I've been taking it for about 6 months and I've noticed significant changes to my bowel routine. I believe it works and it doesn't hurt.

I take a seaweed supplement daily as sea kelp tablets which I get from my local chemist.

"Sea kelp is a powdered form of seaweed that contains more vitamins and minerals than any other food. Providing an ocean of health benefits, sea kelp contains 23 essential minerals that can help support a healthy mind and body. Because of its natural iodine content, sea kelp can maintain the healthy function of the thyroid gland, the gland responsible for regulating our metabolism. If the thyroid gland is underactive, people may suffer from tiredness, weight gain and poor memory, whilst an overactive thyroid can stimulate excess weight loss and restlessness. Sea kelp has been recommended by homeopathic doctors for the treatment of obesity, poor digestion and poor blood flow to the hands and feet. This has become a popular, good all-round supplement for people who want to stay healthy, active and feeling their best. "

the seaweed we eat in wales uk is called laverbread. we have it when we have bacon, you cook the bacon first then you cook the laverbread in the bacon juices. we can get it in most places in wales but i havent seen it in england,
it is an aquired taste, i enjoy it but can't eat it too often,
