Check out the movie trailer and tell me what you think. I personally am fed up with George W and *his* war, want Stem Cell Research backed and funded by the U.S. Government (correction: my tax dollars), and intend on using my vote to make a difference.

And if you're in the US and curious who's up for election in your state, check out the NY Times election guide.

I'm not here to make judgements or nothing, but I believe President Bush and what he's doing...

I don't like calling people Liberals, but as long as they don't stand in the way of what we are heading for, that's fine with me.

Bottomline, the movie documents the Iraq war as a means to make money. The facts are irrefutable. Halliburton, Cheney and a multitude of additional government contractors/players are at fault for military and civilian lives. Those lives are traded for hard currency to the tune of 1.35 BILLION dollars and growing for Halliburton alone.

George is not an innocent bystandard or pawn in someone's war game, but a willing participant in fleecing the American people of their money *and* lives.

Gentleman, thanks for your responses. Alin I agree with you. John, I cordially disagree with you. I was a military man and remember the oath I pledged to the President of the United States. I understand your father (aka "Colonel") is an Airforce Officer, and as such may have some sway on your opinions of George. But please look at the facts (in this movie and elsewhere) and make up your own mind.

Well first off, sir, I would like to thank you for your service to this country and here's my salute to you *Hand salute*

Second, Colonel might sawy my opinion from many things but I believe this one I'm made up my mind. I have to say, being only 17, I'm not a very political man, none what so ever. However, I believe in the President and his (maybe someday her) power and his/her decision. I am willing to go out and do what s/he ask me to do (if we ever get that close :shitfan:)

I guess that's just how I am and I'm still going to register when I turn 18 (The wheels, forget them! :nopity: )

Fair enough John! P.S., what Airforce base are you near in NV? I went through training in many places, including Goodfellow AFB in Texas.

Yea I can see myself either on the battlefield and like, "GET THE CHAIR GET THE CHAIR!!!" :shitfan: That would be funny.

Oh we are at Nellis, it's pretty nice, it's huge! Oh Goodfellow it's cool, when we were in Texas, we were at Lackland. Sir, if you feel like talking more on base and what not, PM me! Cuz I feel like we can have a huge convo in it (and I'm not sure if Simon want us to do that :nopity:)
