hello to all!
I am finalizing my resume; may I get your opinion if I should indicate by writing clearly down my disability as an SCI?
or should I not?
Do you think it is a plus or minus for the employers? Thanks

I don't think I would on my primary resume. I might make a second one to use if you felt it necessary to indicate your SCI to that employer. And based on the job you are applying for, you would have both available. But,,,,,I don't think I would. Hope you can access the site below. And you might want to check out other sites regarding. I entered "disability in resume" on Google. Best of Luck.

Hi!
I'd never put my disability on my resume. It will of course come up in a job interview especially if your disability is obvious. But then, just indicate you've now recovered, and are once again healthy enough to work. And indicate any accommodations you might need.
Where you live I don't know what's out there. Where I live there is what used to be called Targeted Job Tax Credit, which is now called Work Opportunity Tax Credit. There's pros and cons to mentioning this credit to an employer. As obviously, you want them to hire you because you're the best person for the job. Not because you have a disability and they can get a tax credit.
Be well,
Good luck,
