I wanted to know if anyone knows of any fun workout videos for that i could do. I'm a t6 supposedly complete, but i have normal function to my hips. Well anyway its getting close to the cold winter, and i'm looking for some fun things to do inside to keep me in shape. I used to love workout videos b4 i was injured (tae-bo was my fav!) and i wondered if there are any for people in wheelchairs. I've looked around on the internet, but can' really seem to find any. I love cardio workouts and such. Anyway; suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. :licklips:

I bought a total gym off of tv and i use that to work out. I like it because I am able to work both my lower body and upper body pretty easily. hope this helps.

why not just go to a gym? or use the school gym. I'm picturing a wheelchair user on a treadmill. Are you anywhere in the St, Louis Area? wanna play sled hockey with us? it's a winter sport. you're post date was months ago, so I'm assuming you found something.
