Hello to you all! I would like to invite you all to the above event. It takes place on Thursday 16 November at White Oak Leisure Centre in Swanley, Kent. If any of you are interested this would be an excellent introduction to martial arts for all of you.

For those of you who are already practising in martial arts we also have a kata/forms/patterns competition for you to take part in if you would like to. There is also theopportunity for you to put on a 'demo' if you would like to after the lunchbreak.

For feedback from the 2004 event please have a look at the section of my website. It truly has been a fantastic day in the past. Both instructors/volunteers and those who have been guests at said event have truly enjoyed the day.
