Hello! My name is Susan Miller and I am a researcher at Florida State University. I would like to invite you to participate in my online survey about internet usage and social support and quality of life in persons with spinal cord injury. You are invited to participate in this survey if you:

* Have had your spinal cord injury for 1 (one) year or more and
* Are 18 years of age or older

Just wanted to bump this up in case someone missed it.

I just completed the survey...it's easy and only takes a few minutes.

Female. Incomplete para following a cord stroke in '03. Spina-bifida, severe scoliosis. 18 surgeries total...five spine-related: Three fusions w/hardware, two tethered cord releases.
