I use intermittent caths, but I have used this particular online vendor for everything from cath tubes to my newest chair, and they are really great. Maybe this will help.

What do mean by cheap? What size, brand, type fasteners, drainage type are you looking for? For instance; I use a large bard with flip flow valve fastened at the ankle. Is it anything goes? I usually use Allegro for most of my stuff. There probably is cheaper out there.
