Heart Races After Taking Enema

Hi, My name is Chuck, I'm 52 T=6 paraplegic . Whenever lately I use an enema I get this extremely fast heart beat until I evacuate. I never use to have this problem, I have noticed increased Autonomic sytoms the older I get... Anyone else have this problem.

i've never used an ename, but when I have diarehia(SP?) i get that, normally about a min to 2 min before it's to late. so i'm happy my body lets me know it's gotta go, but normally not in enough time to do anything about it unless i'm at home, in my chair and no one else is in the bathroom
