Hey everyone,

Semi new to this site. Have been reading posts since last May/June but have yet to comment. Before I begin, I would like to say thanks, especially to Gretta. I too am a walker and have found your posts to be quite helpful at times. You too, Dave. I've been reading your posts since before you got your pump. I think our "limitations" are very similar. What I really would like to know from everyone out there, especially you, Gretta, because you're already THERE is when and how was the decision made to stop getting increases in your pump. Got my pump last March. Like you, I am EXTREMELY sensitive to the Baclofen and have had to go very slooooooooooowly. I'm at 210mcg right now and am considering getting an increase in 2 days but I'm so worried that I'm going to get out of bed some time after one and not be able to move my legs just like during my trial. What a HORRIBLE feeling that was!!! Who made the decision that you had reached your "optimum"? You or your doc? So far, I am calling all the shots with mine. I have always KNOWN when it's time for another increase but now I hesitate. Hopefully I will hear from some of you before I see the doc on Thursday.

Thanks so much.
Dawn

Dawn,
Good question, I too am at 210, a walker and think I'm ready for an increase also like you am afraid what will happen if we go to high, I work full time where most of my time is on my feet, so I can not afford to get too weak to walk.
God Bless & good luck,
Tom
