Rain Cover For Car Transfers ?

Just thought I'd put the question out there and see if anyone's seen anything.

What my problem is its a nightmare getting in and out the car at work in the rain and often its not the best turning up to work drenched :( so though I'd have a look for some kind of a cover that say stretchers from the seat belt holder in the car and hucks on to the top corner of the door so it sort of creates a cover over the transferring area.

Anyone have any ideas on anything like this to keep me dry besides wearing a coat. as the coat tends to save me but the chair seat suffers :cold:
