Hi everyone

I am an amputee and hope you don't mind me using your forum. I have cleared this with you moderators and hope also that you will see what I am trying to do.

I lost my leg in a Road Traffic Accident in 2000. Since then I have been fighting the systems in the UK and decided to set up a web site to share the experiences of myself and my wife.

As you all well know when a catastrophic injury occurs to someone it affects the whole family and it is the whole family that has to cope with the change. No one tells you what to do for the best and you stumble about until eventually you gleen some information.

Please can you look at my site at http://mentorexperiences.co.uk/ and spread the word if you feel it offers SOME start to educating the recently injured to get their lives on track again.

I would appreciate comments on what you think about it. I have already in the two weeks this site has existed helped some amputees.

Although the nature of the injuries are different, the basis which the legal and other systems view those injuries are very similar.

Happy reading!!

Bill

Yes, you've done a good job, although it's a shame that there's no link to this site!!!Posted Image

Hi LadyPilot.

Thank you for your kind comments. It is a good point I will put a link in. I have been busy doing other things but will rectify it shortly.

Regards

Bill
