Howdy Crazylegs,
My husband, Trail-Boss, just had one put in. He no longer takes any Baclofen orally. He is alot more alert now, because he is getting so much less meds. He isn't falling asleep during the day anymore either. And because it helps with his spasms, his movements have gotten more strong. Any spinal doctor should be able to steer you in the right direction. It also helps with bladder control.
Medicad covers it and also private insuranses.
Good Luck.
