Have any quads used the 'Powerbreathe' aid as written about in the recent 'Forward' magazine?

Does it have potential?

Hi

I missed your note yesterday but asked the same question today. I've found them at £33.85 on froogle - they sound very interesting.

Their web site looked good with a good sci paper and as its also sold through Lloyds Pharmacy & Boots it looks like many athletes use them.

also I just spotted on their web site that:

POWERbreathe Medic Model is approved by the NHS's PPA and is available on prescription in the UK.

So I guess I should ask my doctor if he can get me one.

I'm not too far away from Nottingham - went to a gig at the Ice Rink not long ago - it was bloody freezing and I thought the dibbly seating area was really rubbish!

They have them on Amazon.com for $55. And an Ultrabreathe for $25. I'll have to look into them.
