I have been having a problem that I am sure is going to sound crazy to most if not all people, but I am hoping someone has had the same type of thing happen... I have been having a problem where pressure builds in my head (feels just like the pressure you get if you experience a spinal tap headache) every time I move my torso in certain positions. If I bend too far forward, back, or twist too far to either side.. the pressure starts to build in my head, as soon as I move my spine back into a neutral position again the pressure instantly goes away (just like when laying down after getting a spinal tap headache). Its different than a spinal tap headaches in that I am able to sit and stand no problem its just the bending my spine too far in any direction.

I talked to my neuro about this and although he has been great so far, he had no ideas on this. I thought maybe something got damaged in my Lumbar area after my last LP and he had an MRI ordered for the lumbar area which came back showing nothing that would imply that. I intend to followup with him again or go to another neuro if need be to get to the bottom of this issue but if anyone here has ever had something like this before I would appreciate any info on what it was so I could pass the info along.

Thanks!

Not sure but it is a theory worth considering.

Also, need to edit my first post when I say I can sit and stand no problem... I guess the correct way to say that would be I can sit and stand without these symptoms since standing is quite a chore (but at least possible for a few minutes with my crutches)

Are your bowels moving ok? It could be a reaction to impaction or even gas pressure/bloating. Especially since it happens when you bend. Try a few gasx.

That is a great question... I have been struggeling with a bowel routine and forgetting days etc. Next thing I know it has been 5 days since I had one. I am working on figuring out my routine better and scheduling reminders on my cell phone so I dont forget, hopefully getting my bowel routine under control will help with this.
