Elbow Flexion Lack Of It

hi
am a c5 complete quad for almost 2 years when i was first injury i was told i would have no movement in my fingers and wrist the doctors were right about that
but i would have elbow flexion ,but at 2 years post injury i have no elbow flexion at all no movement or feeling
i,am working hard at it but there nothing there, all the doctors tell me it will come
will it or not, at this time i think not, does any body have this happen to them thanks
i tell people i moved to florida to become a quadriplegic
