You all have just got to see this video!! This is such a cool chair. I love the lights and the spinning rims. Where do people find this kind of stuff?? I have been searching the net for days. I can't find any spinning rims like this for wheelchairs.

You can also go to:

Really?...ARe you joking, you want a chair like that?

well i dont know abot the rims, but the fluresant (spelling) lights can be bought at many electronic retailers, and then you just hook them up to a battery supply, usually 12v, so you gonna have to find somwhere for that, which for a suitable one, is gonna add weight to your chair. same with the rims, unless your gonna get some plastic crap.

but yeah, cool for show, but thats about it.

oh... and whys his chair so big?...you'd think that somone so fit, would have a tiny chair,

anyways...
That's what she said!

I got blue neon's under mine. I bought them off ebay from a fellow in England for like $20. People tell me to get spinners for mine, but I always say no, cuz of the added weight, plus spinners would look gay with mountain bike tires around them :ban:

You can also get lighted caster wheels too. www.sportaid.com sells machined aluminum rims with different styles on them. And I think you can get spinners from www.colourswheelchairs.com

Nah, probably not for myself but after 22 years i am tired of the same old boxy look. And I wondered the same thing about the width. My hands would be forever smashed trying to deal with that width. My guess is it was just for show but i still thought the same thing. The tires and width really took away from his "showing off his back and small waist" -- I'm not really in to the bodybuilding stuff anyway -- however do think its pretty cool when people make such postive changes in their lives.

Have you seen these chairs at www.lashersports.com?? I was pretty impressed with them once I blew up the pics to see the detail. I really liked the dragon!! I hardly ever see another wheelchair where I live let alone anything like this. Check it out!!
