Disability Equality Schemes Non Compliance List

The disability rights commission has just published a list of 60 or so non compliant public bodies with regards to producing and implementing the DES, so I read. Anyway I have looked all over the place for a list of those who couldnt be bothered, but all I can find on the DRC website is the long list of everyone who has done one.

So does anyone know where I can find the list of offenders as I would really like to see who hasnt done it. Nosy huh?
