First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Bucky and I am a T-4 complete para. I've been in a chair for 12 years now due to Transverse Myelitis. I have recently became editor of the Rollingpix website. My first post is now up and has a couple of nice links about self defense for the disabled. I found it very interesting and hope you do too. So hello to all and check out my first post to the website at http://www.rollingpix.blogspot.com

Hey sup Bucky,

Nice blog first off and when I get a chance I'll look at the links. I use to practice different kinds of martial arts before I got hurt and now I have to say I have many times when I can still use some of them that involve my arms. Hell that's what black belts are for? Right? :)

Thanks again man and feel free to email me anytime

- High School SENIOR!!!
- T5 complete
- Everything else, ask.

Have you thank a veteran for your freedom?

Hi Bucky, I enjoyed the posts, though not some of the stupid comments from some of the more ignorant bloggers I discovered throug the links. I have a disability, though I can walk with crutches. I have some private lessons with a lau gar trainer who caters them to my needs and abilities. I am interested in meeting and finding out about other disabled martia artists and those who are interested in marial arts and self defense. Because it is just me I have no idea of what I can do or where others with disabilities are in relation to me. I have scoured the internet but cannot find much out there. There is even less that is UK based. If you know of any further sites, links etc or anyone else out there does please get in touch.

Cheers
