I'm new to this Forum and stumbling unto this sight has been a real blessing.I come from Nigeria, thats in West Africa and if you are physically challenged you are better not seen or heard..in otherwords its really difficult. i''d like to make friends in here... and maybe share a bit about life as a special person in my country.Bless You all

I'm so glad that you found us too! I felt pretty alone when I found the site and I'm in the middle of the U.S.
There are a lot of great people here to share with and learn from and talk to be it serious or just a good laugh.
Welcome!

I'm really glad you found this site..I only found it last year but wish I had found it years ago while living in a remote community in Australia where, as you say..It was better if I was not seen or heard!
Maybe you could look at starting a myspace page up as well..I talk to a girl from Africa who's also in a wheelchair..I think she lives in Durban..?..and her boyfriend lives out near Kruger national park, so she travels quite alot...it would be great if you could chat to her.
