Hello, i am 22 and broke my neck back in 2002, since ive been a quadraplegic. At the moment im unemployed my only source of income is monthly ssi checks i get for about 600$. Some other friends of mine who are quadraplegics around my age recieve more than 600$ a month. Is there a way i can get more? Im just curious because it would be a big help at the moment, And feels like i might be able to get benefits im not getting. Anyone have any ideas? thanks

Hey Brian.... I actually went to a SSDI seminar yesterday... I went through the SSI period, but you will become eligible for SSDI, which pays more.... I actually make about 774, which isn't much more, but a bit.... I'd suggest going on the Social Security Admin site, or calling in and talking to someone....
