Hi, I am training to be a social worker from october onwards, at the moment I have been doing a 2 year course in Health and Social care and i have been given a case study that has baffled me about a girl who is quadriplegic. I have to assess her needs for mobility/communication and medical support. So far i have written about what tests she had at hospital, the rehabilitation, travel home and the changes made to her house, she also has a tracheotomy. But i dont know what communication aids she would have, I would as a carer issue her a Speech Pathologist. But i dont know what else I can do for her when it come to communication...like special phones, computers etc. I would have to assess her financially i guess.
Please help me.

Thank you
