What do you mean when you say lower crank?
LIFE IS NOT A JOURNEY TO THE GRAVE WITH THE INTENTION OF ARRIVING SAFELY IN A PRETTY AND WELL PRESERVED BODY,
BUT RATHER TO SKID IN BROADSIDE, THOROUGHLY USED UP, TOTALLY WORN OUT, AND LOUDLY PROCLAIMING----WOW----WHAT A RIDE!!!

So do those stationary handbikes at the gym work your abs? We had one at my old gym and I never tried it. Damn! I that's the one area i really want to work on. I'm c6/c6 inc. so I don't have much use in that area, but I have a little, and I really want to avoid the "quad gut" even if it's already there. However, when I get spasms, by stomachs six pack is still there. So I don't really know if anything will help. I'm willing to give those handbikes a try. I thought they were just for your arms and back?
