I have been for the past three months, having a hard time with spasticity of the legs. I am taking 10mg baclofen 3x a day and 10mg valium twice a day. In spite of the combination of both, I still feel too much tightness.

Should baclofen be taken to the maximum of 80 mg (that is 20mg / 4x a day) and valium as much as 20 mg? Have you experimented on the correct dosaging for your spasticity?

Before my baclofen pump I was taking 120mg baclofen (30x4) plus 80mg dantrolene (20x4) and still had major spasticity.

Now I have 425mcg baclofen via my pump (3,000 concentration) and it's under control.

hey, jim do you get to feel any side effects with that dosaging from the pump? I think I do have to increase my intake of baclofen. I feel so much pain.
