Very interesting ! Clearly the lady in the wheelchair is not a complete SCI as she manages to keep her knees bent when the chap picks her out of the chair - unless she has been strapped up some how ?
She must have very good balance and upper body strength to do those spins without touching her wheels - I would be sprawled on the floor in a most ungainly pose if it were me.

Just shows though that dancing in a wheelchair is not only possible but can be beautiful too.
