Sorry I've been gone for so long guys and gals...
I've not been well and, honestly, did not know what to say.
Things have been rough.
The battery on my stimulator is dead and I have to have surgery to get it replaced, so I've been in a LOT more pain.
I had a stroke on the 3rd.
What has been new with all of you?

Hope you're getting there man...

It's not easy down at my end either but I will fight on. I'm kind of giving up on the meds and what not and well...my body seems to think otherwise.

It's great to have you back and hope you are doing well.

I've only been here off and on for the last month between 2 hospital stays but hopefully everything is on the upswing for both of us now!

Had a caudal vs lumbar (sp?) epidural again today... OUCH!
That is the one where they punch a big needle through your coccyx and pump fluid into your epidural space.
Mine is really small, birth defect, and it feels like my spine is in a vice for three days.
The whole process sucks.
But, in a few days it should help. It makes me feel worse for a while than better for a couple of months.
I've been very arrogant and trying to use my cane more instead of my wheelchair... I think I damaged myself worse doing it.
Between that and my implants battery dying, I really think the new pain level is what cause the stroke.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for your, and everyone's, kindness.

What a lovely family! Your wife is beautiful and she did a wonderful job on the tribute to your life together. Thanks for sharing it with us.

There's a girl posting in General Discussions. You may have read it. She's pulling away from her boyfriend and the people who love her. She just has no idea how lucky she is, like you, to have the love and support of someone who cares and wants to be there for her.
