Are you sleeping well? it may be depression, but it may be you're not getting enough good rest.
extra stress or extra chores lately? maybe you're exerting more energy, and not replenishing.

Are you getting some sunlight everyday? It should add some energy and boost your mood.

You mentioned that you take meds while your son eats breakfast. Could part of the problem be that your meds are kicking in at about the time he is done? I know a lot of them take about 20min. or so and that would be about the time it takes to eat breakfast and cleanup. . Also if it is taking a lot out of to be upright that can make it hard to be up and active. Just a thought.

Hi Daniel,

I'm like Wheeliebear wondering if some of your morning meds might contribute to your drowsy feelings. My Baclofen makes me a bit drowsy. But, I just wanted to say that you should talk to your doctor about this if it persist. I mean a little depression is normal for some of us for seemingly no reason whatsoever and it just kind of sneaks up on us. So, if you think that's what might be going on, don't wait until it's really got hold of you, just talk to your doctor about it and ask for a little help until it passes and it certainly will because you have a beautiful family and lots of love.

My best suggestion would be when you are inclined to lay down in that bed just take the baby and go out in the sunshine and play with him for a little while. Sunshine and fresh air are always good medicine!
