Rehab Treatment At Boston Medical Center

my friend is at umass boston medical center for rehab. i recently heard from a woman who went there 17 years ago for her treatment and she had nothing good to say about it. she goes to colorado on a regular basis & siad the northeast is the worst for treatment. is this true?
