We do my fiance's bowel program every other day. We do not use the "magic bullet". With a little stim he pretty much goes on his own.

part of a supp(not the whole). I do the dishes or something till it kicks in. 15 to 30 min sitting, and I'm done. hour later I go back in for the rest of supp to drip out. every day and a half. took 4 years to perfect, and on an easy day, 2 hours start to finish.
