Url In Signature Not Working?

anyone have any idea as to why i cant put a hyperlink in my signature i tried the little hyperlink thingi but then it just came as plain text!

(this might be in wrong topic move it if it is in the wrong board)

That's because BBcode is disabled.

It used to be enabled, but there was too much clutter appearing in signatures which should really of been put in members profiles.

There are no plans to enable this function.
