And i did it cheap, probably spent a total of $200 on bits and pieces including the 2 seats. The down side with cheap it took A long time. Countless hours. But everyone needs a hobby.

Yes it does water too. I didnt use the original tyres they come with which are better for swimming. However there is a mount for an outboard on the back. I considered bolting an electric outboard beside the drivers seat but i have much more fun on land and it can still cross a slow running river.
