Hi Redjohn
I am a community OT and have had a fair number of through floor lifts installed over the past few years for clients with a whole range of disabilities including SCI. I have no connection in any way to these companies and this is purely based upon personal experience but -

Ive never had any probloms with the Wessex range of lifts - http://www.wessexmed..._lift_range.htm

The company I tend to use is called Liftable and while they are based on Teeside they have contracts all over the country and install wessex lifts. I have dealt with this company literally hundreds of times and have always recieved a quality service from them. They are competative on price or I would not be able to use them and as with all mechanical equipment while minor niggles are not un heard of there repairs service has always been prompt and efficient when needed in my experience.

Hope this helps

Zak.
