I ran across this site today while looking for something else. I thought some might find this site helpful.

Hi Joed,
Thanks, you gave me an idea for another section to this forum!
I have now created a 'Parents in Wheelchairs' section so anyone with a spinal cord injury, or in a wheelchair can ask some of the questions that the doctors never answer!
The forum is here: http://www.apparelyz...hp?showforum=29
Regards
Simon

And a great idea it is, Simon! Thank you!
Although my son is five y/o, and can take care of most things himself, I know at least one young mother on here with an infant, and I know there are issues with parenting from a wheelchair that are totally separate from the usual discussion about coping with disabilities. Hopefully, your new forum will help a lot of parents.
