I threw ya a add up there on it, but I rarely check mine and send msgs and comments less, so i'll make a point to give a hollar, maybe I'll see your hot pink chair out and about Dallas one day while I'm out and about town and give ya a shout.

RacingAxe my 'little box' is there. I cant remember what the Options are. But the Add as Friend link is still in same place. It just has some silly Phrase there instead of the traditional "ADD".
Go for it Darrell!
Petit, take your time. No Rush! Silly girl.
And as for you Juls. AMEN to that. So glad someone feels the same way I do about that crap. Doesnt it just "Grind Your Gears" HAHA Sorry total Family Guy reference there. But yeah I hate when people add you, then you get to feeling all friendly and shit. Not really caring to talk to them or make any new friends, despite both being in a wheelchair..So you go out of your way and leave some inspirational uplifting kickass comment. ONLY to get nothing. Totally Lame. More lame than my legs!

I also think that the term 'add as friend' is a bit misleading, because unless it does 'click' and becomes friendship, I normally would not refer to it as that.
More like here where you are somehow connected thru a same interest or in this case same kind of disability.
Some I do not hear from in months, but do send out a hello every so often.
I think the problem is that a lot of ppl just add and not really care who it is, just so they can have 300 friends in their lists. Less is more I think.
I have to date, 38 in my list, take away some favorite bands and stuff I have added then I am maybe left with around 10-12 regular ppl.
I do want to add that I think myspace is a fantastic invention.
I am also an autistic and this is really helping me with communication.

I actually have that message written in bright red at the top of my myspace page too and since then I dont get nearly as many friend requests from someone looking to be friends with me just cause I am a cripple.

Quotes are nothing but inspiration for the uninspired.

Whilst I have a myspace acount I havent yet mastered many of the functions. When I have been there I have encountered similar problems like yourself. I will keep a look out and try to say hello every now and then.
Take Care
